Note: This chord can be called either C#m or Dbm (as it is labeled here).

Play each chord with the right hand, and play a single note with the left hand. (For example, when the right hand plays an E chord, the left hand should play a single note E. When the right hand plays an A chord, the left hand plays an A note, etc.)
