Worship
Worship is the highest calling, and it is what we were created for. In Jeremiah 32:39, God says, “I will give them one heart and one purpose: to worship Me forever.” Before we are called to do anything for the Lord, we are called to sit at His feet in worship.
The purpose of life is to know and love Jesus. A heart of worship is infinitely more valuable than skill at an instrument. If we love Him well, we have succeeded.
We are worshippers, not performers. As a result, we intentionally cultivate the heart of worship in our own lives — both at lessons and outside of lessons — so that we can bring a pure offering before the Lord.
