Worship is the foundation of everything we do. We do not learn the piano to become skilled and well known; we learn the piano to find yet another way to pour our love on Jesus.
At Adoration Music Academy, we love Jesus, we prioritize worship, and we minister to His heart at the piano. Through worship, we can host His presence and create a space where He comes to abide, where He is loved, and where He finds true friendship.

Have you ever tried to learn piano, only to become frustrated in a very short time?
Traditional piano lessons focus on a very different skill set than what is needed for worship.
Many YouTube videos are much too complicated, being created by people who can play the piano but have no idea how to teach it.
Learning by yourself typically results in being overwhelmed quickly, because you are trying to learn 50 different skills at the same time.
In each of these cases, you end up being frustrated – and all you wanted to do was play a simple worship song!
Piano should be easy to learn and fun to play, allowing you to worship freely. Over the past 3 years I have developed a method with my own students that is exactly that: easy to learn and fun to play! We use a 5-step approach in which we master one skill before adding another:
Learn the fundamentals of the piano and basic chords.
Master the key of C. (This allows you to play any song!)
Discover chord inversions to make your playing sound beautiful.
Add various left- and right-hand patterns.
Put it all together. (This is where you learn all keys/tonalities, 7th chords, improvising, the number system, scales, and more.)

You are never too old or too young to fulfill your dreams! Anyone ages 5-105, from anywhere in the world, can enjoy playing their favorite worship songs on the piano.
Option #1: Online lessons provide 1-on-1 instruction to help you achieve your specific goals and progress quickly.
Option #2: The Worship Essentials video courses allow you to work through the same content at your own pace.
Option #3: The Adoration Community allows you to grow in piano and the heart of worship together with other believers who have the same goals. Zoom classes, over 100 videos, and an online group make the Adoration Community a perfect standalone option or supplement to lessons or courses.
